The application note “OCPP & California Pricing Requirements”, that describes how OCPP 1.6 and 2.0.1 can be used to comply with the California DMS pricing requirements, has had a major update. The version 2.0 adds additional fields with price information that a charger can use to do real-time cost calculations in between the regular cost updates that is receives from the backoffice.
